In the year 2020,12 acres of land at Acacia, Kitengela project was purchased with 91 members allocated and the title deeds were issued on 18th November 2021. The Board is at an advanced stage of developing the controlled estate with a Perimeter wall, gate house and a gravel access road.

The Society purchased its first ever parcel of land, 12.5 acres at Milimani Kitengela in the year 2019, Eighty-eight (88) plots were allocated and the title deeds were issued on 13th October 2020. In addition, value added amenities i.e. a Perimeter wall, Gate house and Gravel Access Roads have been done.
