PAHOCO Housing

Set up in the 2014 via a resolution of the Parliamentarians Sacco during its 2014 Annual General Meeting. PHCS began its operations in earnest in 2015.

The PHCS is now in its third scheme having started with Parliamentarians Garden 1 Milimani Kitengela, moving on to Garden 1 Acacia, Kitengela where the title deeds have been issued. Additionally, there are value added amenities that were concluded in the projects i.e., Perimeter wall, gate house, internal gravel roads, electricity and water supply (borehole).

Currently, the Society continues to source for projects that give value to our members’ investments and turn dreams into reality and with that there is a 25 acre scheme that has been unveiled -Parliamentarians Acacia Phase II which is just 200m from the just concluded Acacia Phase I along the Namanga highway opposite OLA petrol station neighboring Royal Finesse, Royal Gates & Police Sacco estate.
